General Description

As one of our awesome full or part-time service providers, your role is to ensure that the guest experience is beyond belief. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for helping guests feel welcome and valued. You will assist with the registration and admission process and also be required to inform guests of  PASS (Parent/Guardian Assisted Safety and Security) program, which includes safety procedures, emergency protocols as well as explaining the facility and the attraction's rules and regulations to all guests and visitors. Service representatives will also provide food and beverage service and retail services and you may also be required to provide large groups and parties with special assistance and services.

  • Must pass a criminal record background check
  • Minimum Requirement of WHMIS certification within 90 days
  • Minimum Requirement of Emergency First Aid with CPR Level A & AED within 90 days
  • Minimum Requirement of Alberta Food Safety Basics Course within 90 days

  • Assist with the entrance, registration and admission process
  • Food and beverage transactions including preparation, merchandising, service and inventory 
  • Retail transactions, merchandising and inventory
  • Support the team in all aspects of special events and birthday parties
  • Professionally address customer concerns and complaints 
  • Verify guests, parties and groups are checked-in and out correctly and efficiently
